I had the great pleasure of meeting the new NERC DTP PhD Students last week. With Dr. Christophe Dessimoz (@cdessimoz), we discussed the importance of building a scientific reputation for young researchers and how social media can help with that.
I think we convinced the new students to start their own professional twitter accounts and write at least one blog post on this new science blog for the London NERC DTP! So here is hoping that they start blogging on here!
